2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA

The 2023 AGM of Pompey Pool League will be held on Wednesday 6th September 2023, at The Shearer Arms starting at 7:30.

1. Apologies.
2. Minutes of the 2022 AGM.
3. League’s Finance Report.
4. League’s projected financial situation for the forthcoming year.
5. Chairman Report.

6. Proposals for updates to the Constitution

7. Vote on EPA Affiliation.
   Decision on future EPA affiliation, should the previously proposed Ultimate Pool conditions of affiliation be imposed
   (i.e. If all of our League members are required to register with the EPA).
   
   
8. Vote on whether the Summer trial rule, allowing re-draws, is to be continued or not.
9. Election of Officers to the Committee.
   
   There are 3 vacancies for election to the Committee.
   Nominations are Frank Sammut, Rich Cottis, Dean Winter and Rich Harding.


10. Any Other Business.
